Although times change, the family ownership legacy was kept alive when Mike Shad a relative of the Bozard family, recently purchased the majority share of the dealership. Mike Shad is an accomplished and well-respected businessman from Jacksonville who owned and operated a Ford dealership until the mid 1990’s. When he decided he wanted to get back into the automotive industry, he found his place in St. Augustine among his family at Bozard Ford Lincoln Mercury. Mike Shad and Fred Bozard, III now co-own and operate the dealership.
